payment and shipping

  • Prices and shipping costs
    • The prices stated on the product pages are exempt from sales tax according to §19 UStG.
    • In addition to the prices stated, we charge the following shipping costs for delivery within Germany with the shipping service provider DHL:
    • 1-4 bobbles: €5.49
      from 5 bobbles: €6.99
    • For delivery to Austria with the shipping service provider DHL we charge the following shipping costs:
        • 1-4 bobbles: €14.59
      from 5 bobbles: €16.49
    • The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
  • Delivery
    • Delivery within Germany and Austria takes place with DHL.
    • The delivery time is up to 3 days within Germany and up to 8 working days to the destination country Austria. We will point out any different delivery times on the respective product page.
    • Vouchers will be sent via email after confirmed purchase.
  • payment
    • Payment can be made either in advance (bank transfer), Amazon Payment, PayPal or a payment method offered by Shopify.
    • If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and invoice and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
